Support Tracking Automation — Corporate ERP

With a two-person software team we built a mobile-friendly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support automation that makes cross-department task assignment, real-time request tracking and process management effortless.

Secured by a role-based authorization layer, the platform lets employees connect seamlessly from any device to accelerate operations and strengthens internal communication.

My core responsibilities were bug detection and repair, coding the user role structure and shaping the matching frontend workspace, and securing all database connections.
